    The set up took about 2 hours. Johnny Pickett did a good job but he was understaffed on a Sunday afternoon. He did his best but it was not a pleasant customer experience. He was serving too many customers at the same time. No focus on our purchase. This was a different focus from my purchase of an iPhone 2 years ago. I would likely go to a Verizon store or Apple store next time.

    I am sure these guys are great with the technical aspect of their service. However, communication re: when my devise was ready was very confusing and not accurate and not consistent from one source to the next. Emails, phone calls etc. I think they can do better with this.

    The new set up in store and online are not working correct. I received a call saying my item was ready and to call or go online to make appointment. When I did that it said my product was not ready. Drove to store and they were also confused.

    Having trouble keeping it connected to the Internet. No one available to set up computer that I ordered. Would not recommend any one to use geek squad. Person at desk did not seem to care that my computer was not ser up.Geek squad overall rating 1.

    I wanted free in store help to install provided antivirus software on the new computer I bought from Best Buy. After getting no help from the Geek Squad help chat, the service person recommended I go into the store to resolve my issue. But this would have cost $40.

    Set up went fine, very specific issues, usually handled as soon as you can get through. I have had trouble trying to get my Gmail on my outlook. Actually got it working by chance at one point, but when the emails stopped coming through, was hoping for some help from the Geek Squad. Called in, waited for an hour, the tech told me to go to the Google site, if that doesn't work contact Microsoft. I would expect a little more service, but still no gmail on my Outlook. :-(

    Failed to resolve my USB port issue.

    To be fair, the USB port was bad but I won’t buy another Toshiba laptop from anyone anywhere since they are not repairable and replacement component parts are unavailable.

    Can’t get it to function as camera

    Very difficult to hook up to our WiFi. Have even purchased extender. I can locate extender with password but when I enter in the password for the flood light camera set up it tells me my WiFi password is wrong. How could it be when I can log in on other devices. It is still not operational and I’m having my secretary call geek squad to help. I was looking forward to seeing this amazing product at work. Hopefully geek squad can come to rescue.

    Customer service agent was excellent. The paying 40.00 for service i received on an item i purched and took 60 seconds to correct is ridiculous. What a rip off. All he had to do is explain what needed to be done and i could of done it in 30 seconds and then he did not tell me what he did. Complete ripoff.

    I would be glad to provide a great rating; however, my right to a year service paid for in April 18 was questioned and is still in limbo. This has to be resolved soon.

    Geeks squad did a great job. The issue i had was the long wait in line. I went on a weekday, not a busy time. But there was not enough staff at the counter and the wait was long.

    One of the geek squad person did 1 thing on laptop and charged me for it. Didn’t know when I got to bestbuy if I really wanted the computer I recently had bought... wanted him to show me other laptops but he didn’t even ask !! I was treated as though I was an expert but with new computers coming out each year and my age group I’m in the air. So I just walked out without thanking geek person.
