Associate Darnell from Verizon inside Best Buy Mobile was amazingly helpful and friendly.

Total experts, installed with ease. Mounted TV, sound bar, hid all the cables, zip tied them neatly, made sure everything was level then made sure I knew how to use my surround sound, streaming services and remotes! Well worth the annual Geek Squad Total Texhnfee.

I purchased the new iphone 14 with trade-in benefits offered. I was pleased to hear about all the deals. The agent transferred all my data from my old iphone to new iphone 14. I was very pleased with the service received.

New iPad setup and clearing of old ipad was done to my satisfaction but while it was my scheduled time they allowed a customer to interrupt and I was left waiting for my setup to be finished so long that I had to interrupt so that they would get back to my setup

The gentleman that assisted with the setup of my new Google Pixel 7A phone was awesome. He was patient (it was a very busy afternoon at your store) and did an excellent job.
