Transferred all my data to the new phone at the store. Took about 30 minutes. Motorola to a Samsung phone. Worth the money to get me up and running asap

I bought a new flip phone and had them transfer everything from old phone to new phone. Took just minutes.

The agents that installed by my laptops & mounted my wall mounted TV Bracket did an outstanding job with the technical installations & set-ups.

William is very helpful, and he helps me to collect every single piece that I need. It is a happy shopping experience Thank you. Geek squad set up my computer super fast. I can even pick up my computer the next day.

Now my laptop runs noticeably slower than it ever has. While watching TV online, some channels have no sound, and I have to try a different tab to select the same show to find one that works. That Never happened before all my sound Output devices were not recognized by my laptop when it first began it's problems..

The problem I was having with my laptop seems to have been eliminated with recent service by the Geek Squad at Best Buy. So glad to have that corrected.

The geek squad set me up so all I had to do is turn the laptop on and start searching. Great salesperson also. Set me up with everything I needed to get started.

I'm rating it high only because of the free offer. But in reality, unboxing and setting up a desktop computer is a bit much (IMHO). A laptop would be another matter. If GS really wants to impress the customer, make the same offer to be done in the customer's home (maybe within a reasonable distance from the store). If that were offered, I'd have taken them up on the offer.

Agents set up new phone and transfered data from old phone. Was quick and answered all our questions. We did not make an appointment so impressed with what we got done

I originally hesitated about using the Geek squad but finally decided it was the best thing for me to do. What a great decision! Within three days I was able to pick up my computer and meet with a technician to learn what I needed before taking it home, where I was willing to set it up myself, knowing that help was just a phone call away.

Nathan was extremely helpful, patient. He set up, installed, placed everything we needed for my elderly disabled Mother's new JitterBug 3 Phone. Give him **********, I'd give him more but apparently you only go to 10.

This is an exceptional item. However, it was Jack, from your in-store Geek Squad, who is to be complimented for his patient assistance in setting up our unit. We did fine tune the account, later, with the assistance of a phone tech support representative. She was excellent, also

I had an issue with retrieving my code icon kept spinning for longer than 10 minutes was having outside interference other than that the service was great!!

The services were awesome but the seller tried not to leave us standing there

It makes it a lot easier when you take your new computer home and all you have to do is hook it up and it comes on right away. You don't have to load any disks or anything. For the extra money, when they put everything from your old computer to the new upgraded one, windows 7 to windows 10, It's worth it.

The agent installed, mounted my new computer, connected the printer and explained operation issues. He was polite, prompt in his scheduled appointment, and answered all of my questions.

The sales rep. RICHARD did and excellent job of setting up new phone and informing me of all the different items of purchase. Left store very satisfied.
