Nic was FANTASTIC - very knowledgeable, patient and friendly - he spent a great deal of time with me picking out the right phone, accessories, and transferring everything from my dying phone to my new one (which took a lot of doing as battery literally was dying in front of our eyes, we watched it go down rapidly) overall it was a VERY Pleasant, helpful and friendly young man

The agent installed Microsoft office and Adobe all in a timely manner. Very pleased!

The Geek Squad agent set up our computer in the store in less than an hour. We took it home and only needed to connect printer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and plug it into surge protected strip and start using it. Thanks Geek Squad for a job well done!

I went to the Best Buy/ Geek Squad in El Cajon. Excellent! I bought my new computer from them and had a worker set it up for me. I made an appointment to do so to limit any wait time. I got in immediately when I arrived. The service worker was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. I have had no issues with the computer performance. Geek Squad was a good call on my part. Will definitely use again if needed.

We made a shopping consultation appointment for April 17th and Matthew J. not only helped us find exactly what we needed for our computer but he installed it and made sure it improved the game performance. He was very patient and friendly through the entire process and if I ever need to utilize the Geek Squad again, I'll ask for Matthew specifically.
