Setup and Data Transfer from old PC.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Since it was an All-In-One basic PC, the setup required little technical help. I thought $100 for setup and transfer from my old computer was an excessive price.

Computer install
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had them set my new Lenovo and transfer all things from my old computer. I told them the computer was mine only, but our Gook Sauad coverage was under my husbands name, and he had nothing to do with my computer. Sure enough, went to get my computer and everything was under my husbands name. Then the guy tried to blame it on me for not explaining it correctly. I lost a whole we, of use of my new Lenovo in which I had craft orders waiting .

Security and Microsoft install - not ready
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The employee that sold me the MAC told me the window when to pick up the laptop with the security and Microsoft packages installed. Showed up later to pick it up and found that it wouldn't be ready until the next day - possibly 2 days later (or even longer) as they had other items ahead of me. The employee should have been able to check on this ahead of time. I needed this for work, so was very frustrated when the manager of the Geek Squad didn't offer a solution other than refunding my setup charge and give me my MAC and the 2 items to be installed back to me and sent me on my way.

Watch out for this one
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had an appointment scheduled at Asheville South and the woman that was checking me in was awful and pushy and just plain mean. There was a customer behind me in line with his eyes wide open in shock due to her level of meanness she was sending my way.
