The representative that assisted me is very courteous and knowledgeable. She explain everything that I needed know and all the option that's available.

set up done. I was told it would be done in 24 hours but it took almost 3 days. However when I picked it up I was pleasantly surprised. The tech person explained the workings of new computer simply in terms I could understand and answered all my questions.

The Geek Squad did a quick job of setting up my PC and loading my Office software. They did with no hassle and much quicker than I would have had time for. The pick up process must be scheduled which wasn't explained to me when I first dropped it off which cost me and extra 45 minutes.

Salesperson advised me to have the computer set up by Geek Squad due to this model sometimes missing drivers from the factory. He didn't want me to be inconvenienced and have to bring it back after taking it home. Charged me for the service and then took the price of the service off the computer. Great service. Appointment was actually several days out but I was in the store the next day after dropping it off and I was notified it was ready. Prompt friendly customer service.

When I arrived to pick up my new PC, the Geek Squad tech went through the set-up for my new Microsoft Office suite. It would have taken me a very long time to figure it out by myself. The tech answered my questions, and I was able to take my new PC home and hit the ground running. It's because of Geek Squad that I quit going to Fry's and started using Best Buy for my computer needs.

The Geek Squad transferred data from our old computer to the new. The Geek Squad staff was very patient and thorough in explaining the set up procedure. In fact, when we got the product home, I was able to do the set up myself and cancelled the in home visit for set up. Now I am compiling a list of items to talk to them about regarding this new product. The Geek Squad was very timely in contacting me regarding service.

Getting every transferred to my new IPad made me nervous, but it went smoothly, with no glitches. The Geek Squad did a great job!

The technician put the battery in the keyboard incorrectly. When I got home I was having the same problem that I had before coming to Best Buy. I consulted someone else who immediately saw that the battery was not installed correctly.

We came in to get added storage on our phone. The person helping us did a great job.

I Love Best Buy and am so happy I have the Geek contract. The agent transferred all my data to my new IPad. Since I am 86 years old and use my technical toys (computer, iPhone and iPad) a lot, but am technically not savvy, it means a lot to me. The agents are always so kind, polite, patient and helpful.
