Geek squad was amazing. They helped me out with my selection and the transferred my information from my old to my new in record time

set up done. I was told it would be done in 24 hours but it took almost 3 days. However when I picked it up I was pleasantly surprised. The tech person explained the workings of new computer simply in terms I could understand and answered all my questions.

I have used computers for pleasure and professionally for many years, but I am retired now and don't stay up to date on new programs and language, but the trained personnel are patient and helpful every time. They are one of the main reasons that I shop Best Buy.

The tech was very understanding . He helped me with through everything he did. I'm not very knowledgeable about computers. He put my mind at ease. He shows us everything he did and what he transferred.

The Geek Squad member that tried to set up my computer had problems that didn't inspire confidence. Ended up that my old computer had a major problem and they had difficulty transferring my info. We established a pickup date and time, but when they confirmed my appointment, the time had been changed to a time not acceptable, so I needed to reschedule to a completely different day. The same member helped with the final part of set-up, but couldn't really answer several of our questions, so didn't leave feeling comfortable with our purchase.

The Geek Squad transferred my data from my old laptop to my new laptop in less than 24 hours! Everything was well done and everyone who helped me was beyond fantastic and answered all my questions with expert knowledge. I highly recommend the Geek Squad for any technology needs you may have.

Set up was done fine. No issues. But I’m not a big fan of the appointment schedules. Seems silly to have to make an appt just to pick up an item.

The geek squad was awesome in explaining what they were going to do in order to load my new lenovo laptop up with office 365 personal and getting it ready for me to use. They even walked me through what they did when I picked it up so that I felt as if I were a part of the process. I even love that they are available if I have a problem with this computer but also any others in my home (I bought the yearly service). I would recommend their services to others.

The in-store set up of the laptop we purchased five months ago was outstanding. The personnel at Best Buy understood our angst at getting a new computer and our first lap top. They took their time and helped us answer all of our questions so that we left the store fully confident that the lap top would function at a high level. They made sure that all of our files were transferred from the Surface we had had and also helped us with recycling an older computer that even gave us some financial credit.

The agents set up my purchase exactly as I required; even removing the touch-screen capability to address my mobility issues. They installed multiple software packages with great efficiency and in a short time frame.

My Best Buy service from Braintree MA was excellent. Mike / Geek Squad set up my computer and his customer service was superb. I had issues with my first computer purchase of only1 month but Mike assisted me and we resolved the issue to my satisfaction. The service I received is why I continue to purchase items from Best Buy.
