The agents set up my purchase exactly as I required; even removing the touch-screen capability to address my mobility issues. They installed multiple software packages with great efficiency and in a short time frame.

I did this back when I got my HP Laptop over two and a half years ago. It was nice having this setup for me. Transfered and set up my Microsoft Office 365. (from my Dell that fell and the power connector got damaged). It would have been saved if I had a Mag Safe connector like Apple did and is bringing back. The PC Laptop needs this as well.

The Geek Squad set up and downloaded previous apps on my computer along with my other apps they had backed up on the desktop. They did an excellent job and spent extra time helping out. It took a few days because of my budget to purchase the desktop and monitor. They were patient and helpful. I was very happy with their work and information that I asked about. I've been using them for years in NY and now in Florida.

Took my old desk top to be wiped and set it to default so that I could gift it to a teenager who could use it for school work. She was happy with it. Also recommended Geek Squad to her Mother so that Geek Squad can provide her daughter help when needed.

Very helpful, and knowledgeable. For someone who is not as computer savvy.

The computer set-up was the first time I had utilized the service. It was easy, fast and a bargan.

I usually do the setting up myself but it was really nice not having to worry about doing it correctly. It took like 10 min tops for the Geek squad to get it up and running. Great service! Love the Geek squad! Paying extra for it really is a waste of money so I won’t be doing it again but if you’re at all unsure of how to do things Geek squad is the way to go!

Best Buy & Geek Squad is all I need for all my computer needs. This service is all I need. Small price to pay per year, I pay for the parts and they install what I want! Wala!!!!! You will never have to speak to another person that does not speak perfect English ever again on the phone! They update and install drivers, clean hard drive when I need help for one low price per year. If it wasn't for Geek Squad I would have been scammed by a company that I was forwarded to by HP customer support to install an old HP printer that I had. These folks took over my computer remotely and tried to tell me my computer was infected by Russian viruses and my computer was in jeopardy of being held ransom. they wanted to give me a special offer to clear up my infected computer for $700.00 for 3 year protection. $300.00 for 1 year protection. I could hardly understand this fellow!! I told him I could not afford that and before I could hang up my phone he told me his boss would cut those prices in half to $350.00 for 3 years and $150.00 for 1 year. Little did they know that I had just gotten my computer back from Best buy with a brand new digital hard drive. HP Customer Support hooked me up with these computer pirates, all I wanted was to install my old HP Photosmart 5525 I took my computer and my 5525 printer to Best Buy and Geek Squad had it up and running for nothing but my yearly Geek Squad package I just got a week earlier. If this helps 1 person other than myself it was worth all this time and trouble to post here!!

I love the geek squad! I can’t thank the folks at Best Buy enough for everything that they do to make sales so easy. And as far as service goes with the quality speed and reliability of the geek squad, in my opinion is unmatched! Quick simple easy, got things done quickly and efficiently, And you just can’t beat that for the price! Thank you thank you thank you!

Agent assisted with sensitive transfer of data. My husband passed away and I was very concerned that I would loose previous information. Tech was very attentive to my need and was complete with all questions.
