these guys at the brownsvile,tx. store are great. got the set-up right the first time. they were very patient with us as they explained everything. after the purchase we had problems performing a couple of operations. took the computer back in to them and they walked us through everything again. this happened a couple of times due to our computer illiteracy. they were extremely patient with us. hats off to them. will certainly shop there again.

The young man who helped me was courteous and knew what he was doing got both my item transferred within minutes and they worked great.

Barbara was absolutely wonderful!!! Went out of her way to help me!!! Explained the difference between products!!! Helped me in both departments!!! Set me up with the geek squad (Mike) to transfer my data. Both guys in phone dept were very patient with me trying to transfer phone data

Geek Squad helped a lot with setting up my new computer and installing the anti-virus on my laptop. If I could mention one thing that would have made it all perfect, it would have been a great experience if I knew which programs I was able to install, for example Javascript or Flash....there are a couple game sites I used to like to visit but I need those programs in order to play...and of course I figured that out once I went to go play them. However, overall the service was great!

The set up performed by staff at the Tucson store on Wetmore was mostly complete but unfortunately they failed to call me & let me know it was ready. That cost me several days of downtime. However, the in-store Geek Squad lead made up for the problem by spending nearly an hour getting me oriented with the new download & assisting with loading specific software in needed. He provided this support without requiring me to make an appointment & come back at a later time. He also assured me that he would make sure the other staff members knew that they needed to notify customers of completed jobs.

Was a snap to set up! All I had to do was place my previous iPad near the new one and magic happened! All my data was transferred in a few short minutes!

The agent, Eddie, connected by new laptop notebook to my printer in a timely manner. Took the time to explain to me the importance of running periodical maintenance on the printer. Also, offered suggestions about how I might transfer my Windows Media files from my old pc to my new pc given that the old pc has a swollen battery.

Your Geek Squad is excellent! They took all my worries and concerns away and installed my software and new hardware in record time that day--because it was for work and I had a gig that next day! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

The Geek Squad always does a wonderful job. I recently purchased a new laptop and they set it up and transferred my stuff from my old to my new laptop and loaded the new software I had purchased and it was ready to go even ahead of time. Brad and the rest of the guys that form the Geek Squad go above and beyond to help.

The service person, Faruk, at San Marcos is a total 5 star customer service champion. He explained things, was patience and my apprehension was put the ease. Totally a good guy.

Agent Dan also showed us everything they were able to transfer and how to use things different than I was used to. Agent Michael then came to the house and showed us how to set up more items we had before.

The computer I purchased was a different brand and I was switching from Microsoft to Google. As an older tech user my geek squad service rep. scheduled me for back to back 20 minute sessions so that I had extra time to ask any questions and feel comfortable with using my new computer.

Laptop set-up was completed in a couple days. At pick-up, it was ready to use and Geek Squad agent explained new features. Answered all our questions and gave us contact information if more assistance was needed. So far so good and glad we used Geek Squad.

The men that helped me with my new laptop certainly are knowledgeable! Alexander Basinski is a rock star and Luke and Avery also helpful. SUPER JOB !

Again, Henry and Morgan did a great job helping with my new computer. They answered all my questions and helped with areas I did not understand.
