The associates and the Geek Squad people did their best to help us set up our new laptop at the store location. We appreciated it much.

I opted to have Geek Squad set up my computer since it was an open box. I wanted them to do it in case any issues came up. I was able to drop it off right after buying it and it was ready in a day. You had to make an appointment to pick it up was the only drawback.

2 days before I bought this laptop I didn't know I was going to purchase new one. Since I had all my data from the one from the backup from days before which made the setup go faster. The new laptop was mirrored like my old one. :)

I'm very happy I paid for this service. The time savings was really nice--it generally has taken me hours to do this. They transferred all my data, including e-mails. When I got home, everything was ready to go.

The in-store staff at Geek Squad is polite, knowledgeable and effective. I have no complaints.

A job well done !! I was able to install my new computer at home quickly and start learning how to use the "new" versions of MS Office software … MS Word, MS EXCEL, etc. I am still learning how to use my new email software … its not as easy as my older version of email software.

the agent I had was very personable, helped me out quite a bit setting up a new computer, adding programs back and installing Microsoft office.

Purchased new computer due to mother board failure on old. Geek Squad set up new computer, removed the junk included with a new machine and transferred files from old to new. All worked great, all needed files, favorites, etc. were there. Great job Geek Squad!

Agent transferred everything from my old laptop to my new Microsoft Surface laptop. It was done promptly and the agent was excellent in explaining what he had done to me.

Sales associate listened to my needs. passed into to the set-up associate and all files were transferred without a problem. Only issue that has come up since original set up was identification of a new need due to different process needed for my business work.

Greek Squad installed the extend RAM memory for me.

Desktop croaked. Data was transferred. Agent was very patient with this old coot.

They were friendly and helpful. I got my laptop back quickly. Though, they noted a question in the paperwork but never bothered to call me to ask.

I was very fortunate that they weren’t really busy during my installation appointment time. Instead of dropping the laptop off and then picking it up later, I was able to watch while Eric installed the software. He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions.

I've been less than pleased by Geek Squad data transfer service in the past. This time it was excellent. Prompt, courteous, service with contacts to update me with the progress of the work. Couldn't be happier with everyone involved. Jordan Creek, West Des Moines location.
