Since my new computer was a desktop (not a laptop), I did not have set-up inside the store, only in-home setup, which as I have commented, was excellent. The in-home setup of my desktop computer, modem, monitor, and printer was all excellent! I was also happy that I could bring my OLD computer & other OLD equipment to Best Buy for recycling, and that Best Buy Geek Squad was able to destroy my OLD hard drive! Great job, Best Buy!

They took all the stress and time out of set up and data transfer.

They were very busy, but I did not feel rushed. However, since I was the last appointment for the day, I did feel like I was keeping my agent from going home. Lights were turning off, people were cleaning, etc. I paid for set up and data transfer. I got my data on an external drive that I had to purchase and I was not happy with the set up. I purchased Microsoft Office and although they installed it, Microsoft Edge was the icon on my desktop and also the default program. I'm not a tech dinosaur, but it took my a bit to find Office and make it my default program. I thought they would have done all that, since I did purchase the program.
