superior customer service

In-store set up

I am satisfied every time I have purchased anything from there. I have the maintenance plan and the anti-virus they recommend. Very happy!

Not What I Expected

However, since I was the last appointment for the day, I did feel like I was keeping my agent from going home. Lights were turning off, people were cleaning, etc. I paid for set up and data transfer. I got my data on an external drive that I had to purchase and I was not happy with the set up. I purchased Microsoft Office and although they installed it, Microsoft Edge was the icon on my desktop and also the default program. I'm not a tech dinosaur, but it took my a bit to find Office and make it my default program. I thought they would have done all that, since I did purchase the program.

they transferred the info from my wifes old laptop

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the Geek Squad transferred the info from my wifes old laptop to the new and we were told that it would take 48 hours to complete the transfer but we were called the very next day telling us it was done. Great Job

The geek squad got all of my important files that I had backup on to my new laptop, and installed some new programs that I had purchased. Nice folks
