Simple , fast and easy.

Very knowledgeable , very patient....He is the best. Also, Rickie knows how to explain things in a manner so as to not cause alarm. Listens carefully to customer to understand their need. He has a very "can do" approach.

Get everything done the right way the first time

Good, but try everything before leaving the store.

Next time, I will try all apps before leaving the store. It says I need some sort of code, but I don't know what theyre asking for.
