Employees Helpful and Friendly

When Elyria, OH was open those employees were always extremely friendly and helpful. Now with Elyria closed, we're at Avon with our purchases. We are so pleased that the Avon employees are just as helpful and friendly. Hats off to management!

Do you really need Geek Squad for new purchase?

I did most of the set up without Geek Squad. The Geek Squad tech was very kind and understanding and eventually refunded my fee as I had done most on my own.

Bring someone who knows computers with you

They were supposed to load the software for me. They didn't and gave me attitude about it. Not at all happy with the extra money I spent.
