Having BB move all the hardware to programs and documents to my new one was a grat. decision and not expensive. Considering the time ( days) it would have taken me to do it. Would recommend to anyone buying a new computer

Quick and easy

They were very helpful and I felt very confident they knew what they were doing. They went over everything when I picked it up less than 24 hours after I dropped it off.

The guy at the store was very patient with us . He answered all our questions and taught us a few things about this new computer.He took his time with us and was very informative.

Geek Squad set up my new Laptop quickly

They made sure the computer had no issues, installed Webroot Security and Microsoft Office 360. This saved me hours of work without frustration so I could use the computer when I got home.

You took care of my Chrome problem
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My Chrome froze and I had no idea how to get it working; so, I took it to Best Buy and four of the "Geek Squad" technicians worked on it for 45 minutes, with no luck. They were able to get it working by me buying a "Firestick", and they charged $40.00, and phoned me several hours later with the Chrome fixed and ready to go.
