geek squad was very helpful & transfer of info was done very fast

Was a little nervous when she took iPad in back to erase the contents of the old iPad. Information was transferred to new iPad in a long time. Had two iPads to to transfer information and I think she tried to do to much at once.

All the staff are great people always there to help even if is Spanish

I cannot find enough words to say how intelligent those "GEEK SQUAD" employees are. I thought I knew a little something, but I can't touch them. They are friendly and very smart. Thanks for the SQUAD they do not look like GEEKS, just studious.

I opted to have Geek Squad set up my computer since it was an open box. I wanted them to do it in case any issues came up. I was able to drop it off right after buying it and it was ready in a day. You had to make an appointment to pick it up was the only drawback.

the first time I was there I bought the iPad and was told to come back the next day and they would transfer everything. I waited half an hour before I was told to make an appointment. Which was 2weeks later. 2days later i went on line and got a appointment 2days later. Went and was told that they couldn't transfer anything. My original appointment was still good and I went back again. Found the guy who sold to me and he got a man who did everything for me that should have been done the first time. After that I had to pay$42 for my aggravation and trip back and forth. I don't think I should have been charged. The original trip should have been enough

I was very pleased with the whole process they treated me so nice and even when good old Microsoft would not let me load the office 2016 on my new computer,even after they told me I could do so.. Best Buys gave me a new office. Very happy with the work they did.. Microsoft, no way.

A job well done !! I was able to install my new computer at home quickly and start learning how to use the "new" versions of MS Office software … MS Word, MS EXCEL, etc. I am still learning how to use my new email software … its not as easy as my older version of email software.

Great job setting up my new Dell and salvaging all that they could from my Lennovo all in one. They then took on the task of converting my old Lennovo to a new solid state hard drive and getting it all set up so that it is now becoming a favorite family computer.
