Not only did the store representative steer me to the right computer for my needs, the set up was done quickly--exactly as scheduled. Everything done was explained in detail so there was no confusion on my part, and it was ready to go as soon as I got it home.

My computer was set up by Xavier. He went above and beyond with his service. Took his time explained everything and I couldn't be more pleased. Again fantastic service!

One of the best reasons to shop for electronics at Best Buy is the Geek Squad. It's a fact of IT life that things can go wrong at some point down the road, and knowing that you have that professional, friendly "go to" help takes a lot of stress out of the situation.

We purchased our Lenovo computer didn't understand all the details and bells and whistles it offered. The Geek Squad was so patient with us and went step by step and explained it all to us.

Easy setup once I bought two new IPads. Sales clerk did the appt. Setups for us and we went back a few days later. Only took about 15 minutes for the data transfer from both old devices.

Geek squad was FANTASTIC the copy of the old hard drive was exactly as it last was, no surprises!

This was not easy, recovery plus set up, and they made a good effort. I was kept well informed and was able to learn myself.

They did everything I asked to be done. The only negative is they would not do the set up while I was at the store because they said they were backed up, yet they called me later that same day to say it was finished. I live more than an hour away and it would have been nice not to have had to return to the store.

The person who helped the 1st was nice he could not fix the problem so told me i would have to pay $40 to get my laptop fixed. So i paid the amount well 7.20 that night got a call your laptop is ready.well next day went to pick it up it was still broke they could not fix it. So why tell me it was ready and fixed
