Had them setup our new laptop and monitor. Work was done on time and they sat we me after to go over all the questions I had as I haven’t worked with double monitors or Microsoft 10. I’m very please with the help and work they did for us.

The service was great…service person answered all my questions fully and in a manner I was able to understand…not being technically minded

Always happy with my Total Tech protection package. I know when the Gge Squad sets up my new computer I am all set to go and I can hit the ground running.

I was informed the laptop would be available for pickup the next morning, but it was not done until after I went grocery shopping nearby and returned. In addition the technician did not inform me of laptop specifications when selling and he also only talked with my boyfriend when I was the purchaser.

Setup? All the shortcuts from the old desktop were not setup. I'm still working to get them in place.

The work done as far as the setup goes was fine. Pretty ridiculous that you spend $1,500 plus at best but for a computer but they feel the need to tack almost $50 onto the total to set it up for you. You would think that would be free.

I needed a simple set up and removal of some promos. Also some how -to on internet set up through my cable company. Their directions were clear and concise. I am a novice on computer programming and set ups so their help and advice was appreciated.

The Geek Squad was very patient with me during the transfer of files from my wife's old iPad to the new 10.5 iPad Pro. I had a certificate for a free setup so that made it even better. Best Buy is a wonderful store to buy from, great customer service.
