Dalton was extremely helpful in this process. He was patient with me as I had forgotten to bring some of my passwords. He also helped as we ended with duplicate security providers with the upgrade of our Geek Squad agreement.

Definitely A wonderful experience working with the fabulous technology experts at the geek squad. I am a baby boomer and do not know much about technology. Every time I work with them, they are polite, patient and very knowledgeable.

My dad uses geek squad service and happy with them. So I signed up after buying new upgraded computer. I told salesperson everything I wanted loaded. They must not have written it down because when I picked it up several things were not loaded. The gal at the the desk helped me out, but you could tell she wasnt happy about it because I was running over into next appt. So things were not explained very well, etc. Bad communication between sales and geek squad. Will see how next visit goes.

Lost a couple of programs that were important to me. They apparently couldn't be transferred from my old computer and can no longer be downloaded. But, all in all other than personal settings my computer was set up and ready to go.

The Geek squad is the best!!! A pleasure to work with. from the men who set up my tv to the men who set up my computer. Then today I worked with Geek squad recovering my Google email account, and my helper was perfect.

I did get my new laptop synced with my ipad and a few other things set up. What I did not know in advance was that there was a $40 fee for this. I had receved by email after purchase a free set up for laptop. Would like to have been told this in advance.

It took the Geek Squad much longer than they had promised to complete a basic transfer of data from my old computer to my new one. However, I have had several problems since I purchased the computer and they have quickly and efficiently solved those for me. They do a good job overall.

Love the laptop. But why did it take a week to set up? What were they setting up exactly? I probably should have asked. I hope they didn't teach it to betray me while I'm sleeping. They are nice people though, and very knowledgeable. So that made it a pleasant transaction.

Gave good information and some direction of new iPad. We did not complete the wipeout of mini so our grand daughter can use. Also some settings on the new iPad were not to our liking. Need to return so we can complete process and ask questions about operation of new ipad

The agent set up my printer and computer and showed me how to start using it. He left his tel no. In case I needed further help. He was great !!

Each and every expert technician at the Geek Squad should be commended. They work with you and are amazingly helpful especially to older, less knowledgable people. I look forward to trying some classes in the future.

What a pleasure it was to work with Daniel and Jacob. How they keep a positive attitude with the same questions asked over and over is a mystery to me.
