I love my new Apple IMac Pro. The Geek squad was very helpful in setting things up for me. My only complaint is I was charged to have this done and it should have been free. I will be going back to the store to get a refund for set up.

Paid $40 for installation of software on new computer and instructions about use Received 15 min of help from incompetent employee who knew nothing about computer and unable to answer simple questions. I'm not computer savvy so expected paying extra $ would be at least shown basics. He didn't even know how to turn on computer. Left store not understanding how to use and had to try and figure out myself. Would not buy any device from Best Buy in future which I needed help with and would not recommend Geek Squad service to anyone. Paid over $900 for computer and software. Appears store only interested in sale and not service afterwards.

Have had this service in the past with other computers. Since I am not very technology oriented, they saved me from screwing it up and getting a huge headache!

I bought my laptop online. The agent in Las Vegas set up an appointment for me with the Geek Squad in Montclair, CA. I thought I paid for a one hour consultation/set-up. In Montclair they told me they don't do those because of Covid. They said I only paid for a set-up. They were very apologetic, nice and responsive. I spoke with the manager on duty. He apologized. They refunded me my money. It was a sad way to get started with Best Buy and the Geek Squad. I chose Best Buy because of the Geek Squad. I wish they had offered me some small compensation for Best Buy's mistake. I had organized my schedule around that appointment.

The agents set up my new computer & installed Norton security protection. Both of them were very knowledgable, helpful & friendly. I appreciated their expertise & patience.

The guys at the Geek Squad had my computer set up the next day for pickup.

Squad did the service quick and no problems. Worth the service plan.
