Quentin my salesperson was so helpful. He Transferred my data from my old IPad to my new one and helped me see how it worked.

We worked with 3 different people, they were all great in helping us get out new laptop all set up. Answered our unending questions, if only we could have brought them home with us when we forget something they told us. Thank you!

My promised computer was only 2 years old broke down 8 times finally given credit for it and bought a Dell in place of the Acer that n er ver worked th hey took all my files accross.

They are able to fix all of my problems at this time. Unfortunately they want me to schedule my pickups and drop offs for all of my devises. I have no idea on how I should do this. I do not have the BestBuy app or anything else, so it is not intuitive for me.

The agents installed our new TV and sound bar. They were on time and did a great job getting everything working.

VERY GOOD, BUT I DON'T REMEMBER ANY OF IT. ALSO COULD NOT LONG INTO GAME WHILE AT OAKWOOD HOSPITAL? MAYBE NEED A SMALL MANUAL FOR OLD PEOPLE LIKE ME?

I wasn’t in a rush to get my computer so a one day turnaround wasn’t bad. I’m stupid with setting stuff up sometimes so it was nice to just take my computer home and everything was good to go.

Have used them for years. Scheduling bit much. Guess they're overworked and understaffed. Had to schedule sales person to help me select new pc. Schedule dropping off new purchase and to pickup.
