Making appointment was easy, they always were on time, receptive, helpful and didn’t blink an eye when I’d ask what to them would have been silly questions. Very professional, all of them.

What can I say about The Geek Squad it all depends on what your problem is and who you get for a technician sometimes are good sometimes they're bad and you have to take it back to someone else thus far with this particular instrument I have had no problem

Most of the staff was great with the exception of one. He was short, abrupt and unwilling to answer questions. When I initially went to pick up as they said it would be ready in 24 hours but it hadn't even been started. He started it when I arrived.

The people we worked with at Best Buy are awesome. They were kind thoughtful and helped me laugh when trying to make a purchase for my daughter going to school. It was a little stressful for me.

Dry quick and easy transfer. Agents were friendly, patient and helpful.

Geek Squad helped me to transfer all my files from my old iPad. It took longer than the normal 20 minutes so I paid for extra minutes to make sure the transfer was complete and done correctly.
