Technical staff had problems setting up the MacBook Air. I was called to the store and Phil was able to get it setup. Will go back to review options not enabled on Excel

The Geek Squad set up my computer so that I could use it the next day and I am very happy with it I hope that I'm writing the write review about The Geek Squad and not the computer but they're both good

I rely on Geek Squad for all my electronics. They answer all questions and fix all problems. We wouldn't buy any electronic device that didn't have Geek Squad backup.

Geek Squad is great and they help me keep the family IT running well!

My facial recognition quit working. I called the 800 number and got to the second level. They could not fix it. I took into the store and left it over night. I was notfied it was done. When I went to pick it up they had not done anything to fix the problem. I left it again. When I went to pick it up it was fixed. The problem was that the last automatic Windows update did not install properly. When I pixked it up the facial recognition was fixed, but they failed to install all the Windows updates. I stayed at the counter until all the Windows updates (3 of them) were installed. I made sure everything worked before leaving the store.

The in store tech who helped me was great. He answered all my questions and explained everything in plain English so that I could understand. And product was ready when stated.

Had new computer get setup. Computer had an "S" mode which limited some functions but wasn't informed of what it was for or what it meant to have it turned off. Agent wasn't forthcoming with details and acted like they were in a hurry. Had to come in second time to get this ironed out. Second Agent assisting was much kinder and more thorough. I have an anti-virus program that was supposed to be integrated into the new computer but wasn't at initial setup. Had to come in a second time to get missed setup step completed. Second Agent assisting was much kinder and more thorough.

all geek squad reps were wonderful..were able to save my files after my hard drive crashed..very pleased with their services

A little confusing on the communication process for when the setup would be complete and the new computer ready for pickup. The online status check is great, but when 24 hours turns into 48 hours with no update, it makes a person wonder.

I was surprised of how quickly they turned my repair around. The notification system online is a bit buggy when they say they will alert you when its ready kinda hangs you up a bit.

Really just the bare bones installation, not much in the way of helpful assistance or suggestions. Useful because I couldn't really have done it myself, but didn't meet my expectations.

The Geek Squad technician did a great job setting up my ne iPad! Ha was friendly and polite to this old lady!
