The agents are very kind and patient as we are elderly.

The agents listened very closely to my problems that had occurred when I originally made a purchase of my laptop, they corrected the error very quickly and I was there less than 15 minutes! very good quality service!

The Geek Squad employees and service can be trusted to help solve customer service and/or product needs.

It was so good to be able to rely on the Geek Squad to set up my new computer without having to worry if I was doing some thing wrong. They were polite and did the work in one day.

They helped with most of it but were still unable to map the 2007 Spectrum account with the 365. They were not adding the server info into the email address. This is something they should know. A friend and I found it online at yahoo and were able to complete what they could not. To me, this was disappointing because that is something they should know how to do. That is why they are called the Geek Squad.

The agent, Joe, helped us with our old laptop evaluation and the selection with set up of our new unit. Very knowledgeable. A very smooth transition in short order.

The person setting up the phone said it would take about 20 minutes it took over almost an hour to set the phone up.

The Geek Squad did a very good job transferring all my files and pictures to the new computer. The process was completed over night and I had my new lap top very quickly.

Now having a laptop and desktop, the synchronization is not easy but Best Buy did a good job moving everything over and working with me to understand the new system
