This is my first ASUS desktop, This unit runs fast for what I use it for. also fast boot up. However the always "ON" UBS ports scare me a bit since you can not turn off what ever you mat have plugged in such as a external hard drive.

sales sold me the computer that seems to so far best fits our needs and the geek squad did all they needed to do in a great timely fashion

The geeksquad was super friendly and the main guy we worked with was knowledgable- BUT $45 + over an hour later they couldn't solve the problem with the brand new purchase. They should have refunded the charge.

The Geek Squad associate explained the setup of our computer in a easily understood manner, the setup was successful and were pleased with our computer performance!

The job was done well but it took a couple of days to transfer the data from my old machines. That is a little longer than I thought it should take.
