    The Geek Squad associate explained the setup of our computer in a easily understood manner, the setup was successful and were pleased with our computer performance!

    GEEK SQUAD DIDN'T SET THE TIME(ITS 2 HRS BEHIND) I HAVE TRIED TO FIND WHERE TO CHANGE IT BUT WITH NO SUCCESS. THAT IS WHY THE 4 STARS CAUSE I PAID FOR THEM TO SET IT UP.

    Great price for the new pc and the Geek squad did a great job transferring info from my old pc to my new pc. They also walked me thru the concerns I had with the new pc!!

    I bought a computer at Best Buy and glad that i bought the Geek Squad coverage but each time i would take my computer for update, it took 4 days to install programs instead of the 1 day that was promised.

    Set up went smooth & did not have any issues with files that were moved. They also re-installed licensed software that i requested along with browsers.

    Totally not necessary to have them do this. Could have done it at home and not have it get messed up by a tech who didn’t know what he was doing. Set up was way too easy on the new ipad. Geek Squad can be helpful for more technically challenged items, but not setting up an ipad

    Clerk was courteous however she downloaded installed McAfee antivirus onto my computer after I had stated that I didn’t want to install extra software webroot ( just exchanged because I’m using pre installed software on win 11) other than that they’re courteous
