The agent successfully transferred all files and favorites, email setup was unsuccessful.

Still trying to figure out some of the things that should have been transferred from my previous computer. Either they are not there or I can't access them for some reason.

I have used Geek Squad for years in home, on the phone and in store. I have always been satisfied. Knowledgeable professionals. Service plan is a great value.

Okay to have not so helpful but I guess for some yes

Couldn't complete task. Mcaffey kept popping up (was supposed to remove from laptop). I removed the program (or whatever kept popping up) myself. They couldn't install my spyware. I installed the program myself. Not sure what I paid for?

Geek squad came in and set up tv and connected other devices.

Set up was fine. Removed the bloatware and it was ready to go. I was led to believe it would be ready early in the day but it wasn't ready until 5PM. More the sales person over promising than the techs.

The tech, Victoria was very knowledgeable and made sure I knew was was happening.

This is something I can't do and they do it vary well at a great price that is why I get this service.

The computer tech was so very nice and professional. She went above and beyond in her effort to be sure that I knew exactly how to use my computer.

Geek Squad set up everything I wanted on my new computer and answered all of my questions...great service as always.

Completely worth the investment especially if you plan on using your device on the go. Covers just about anything and geek squad is very helpful

some of the computer geek squad were excellent and worked hard to get my programs to work the new computer. Alas, after one month of work I finally had my old computer fixed and went back to using it.

The agents was able to setup my new computer with items from the computer that crashed. They are the very best when you need help.

I left my new computer for 1 day and the geek squad set it all up for me. They were kind and did just what I wanted

The In-store Setup for this computer was well worth the charge for the service. When I got home, it found my network and has worked perfectly.

Mr. Olson took good care of my needs and spent more time then I would expect, Above and Beyond you might say.

My only issue was sneaking in a "computer set up" fee. If they would have just told me up front I would be charged this fee I wouldn't have been so upset. Otherwise, they were great.

Took 3-4 days to set up brand new laptops with a few programs. Thought that was wittle long. Would be helpful if the cost of the geek squad warranties weren't separate and so exspensive.
