Rating them average because they did not complete all the items needed to set up my new computer as I requested. they had a problem of not being able to log into my Microsoft account but never contacted me to let me know that there was an issue. Instead, when I showed up to get my computer is when I found out there was a problem.

The agents successfully transferred a large amount of files from an old computer.

Set up was done very quickly and the agent was very nice.

Had the feeling the agent couldn't get finished fast enough with showing me the new laptop. I should have asked to open photos, documents, and excel databases. He said here they are, but there was nothing in the folders when I got home with the new Lenovo laptop.

The people I worked with were patient and through. They took time to answer my questions. Most importantly, they were technically knowledgeable. .

Thanks to the Geek Squad old data was copied and new programs installed. Never could I have the new computer working without the Geeks.

Good transfer to new computer. Had some glitches but daughter fixed!

We were able to get the pc started in minimum time at the store with help of Geek Squad. Have yet to give them our other tech problems but look forward to seeing what they can accomplish.
