Without the help of geek squad I wouldn't have been able to fix my laptop or make the decision to buy a new machine for the house.

Good In Store Service is always appreciated. Especially when it comes to Best Buy Geek Squad!

They guarantee their work. So when it comes to an expensive tv to be mounted I used them. TV still works great.

In-Store setup gives the customer confidence in upgrades for a reliable installation or reason to not use some hardware, etc.

The only reason I am giving this 3 stars is because, I had told them I was computer illiterate, so I thought when I finally picked up my new laptap and the files were transferred, they would go over some things with me. It took me forever to locate my back up files, they did not review my new product with me. The CSR did not even ask me if I had any questions, she was very bland, not too friendly, I wasn't sure how to even use the laptop as I never had one before. I wish they would have been more informative.

They were supposed to set up my new iPad with my correct email so I could get into Words2 or upgrade Words. I do not have any email, only Apple emails, none from friends or businesses. I do not have the time to sit and follow instructions from Apple as my husband has had a stroke and is totally blind. One geek started the process and with a shift change, the person who relieved him just gave me the Apple number and said I should callApple and they would tell me what to do. I am very disappointed in the Geek Squad in Clearwater.

Once I spent $1500.00 on a new iMac, and signed up for Geek Squad coverage, I was informed it would take 3 weeks for someone to set up at my home. TOTALLY unacceptable. I run a support group with twice monthly meetings on Zoom and need my computer. After over an hour of Pleading for help, it was agreed to have the Store Manager come the next day and install. It NEVER should have been this difficult

Deleted all the junk that cones with a new Computer. Faster start up and more useable memory

Best Bey Geek Squad got me up and running. THey could have made the experience easier if they would have attached an easy readable file on instructions how to use both products.
