    I wanted all the ads removed from my new computer, including Best Buy adware, and it was all removed for a small fee. It was worth it!

    Will never purchase anything at Best Buy or use Geek Squad, ever again. Store associates have no customer service knowledge, are arrogant, rude and not helpful.

    Great service, quickly done. Cleaned up and removed all the "bloatware" and set up my laptop so it was ready to go.

    The Geek Squad is great - they were very patient in answering several pretty dumb questions I had and everything worked just fine after bringing it all home.
