Not very happy about this!!

Geek squad confused me

I had to have an appointment before the computer was set up to discuss what I wanted. Then another appointment after setup to personalize settings, etc. That was somewhat confusing. Then the hard sell for the computer support plan. It was much easier when I purchased my last laptop there about five years ago.

iPad Pro setup

I also was thinking it was free by being a "Best Buy member". I was disappointed when I saw how easy it is to set up and that there was. $40 charge to set it up. I felt I wasted my money.

Okay time frame
