easy to work with, got the computer back ready to go with all my data

There was only one agent that was friendly and got the job done correctly. We dropped off the computer and had to jump through hoops to do it. We picked it up when we were told it was done and was told I did not need a password. I was not able to do anything bc it kept wanting a password for Microsoft. Took it back and the first guy was rude and did not know what he was doing. Found out he should of given us the password sheet after he had said we didn't need one. Thankfully another guy came out with the appropriate information and gave excellent customer service. He took off the unnecessary stuff that was downloaded and got rid of the email that I couldn't use. He added the correct updates and apps and everything I would need. He was very informative and helpful. This guy should of been in management. The other guy should not even be dealing with customers. I hope to not ever have to go back to geek squad again!

Everyone was courteous and helpful and took the time to go over things.

It took 2 separate computer purchases and 4 trips to the Geek Squad before they finally got it right. Too boot, I asked for the $40 fee back because it took 4 trips and was told I had been given a $40 gift card which was not true. Not believing me they reviewed the videos of those days and discovered that someone but not me had been given the gift cards so they eventually returned my money to my credit card.
