I like it when my pictures and files got transfered from my old desktop to my laptop.

These guys are great. They get you sit, relax, and then before you know it…..you’re out the door.

Geek squad patiently went through both my husband and my accounts on my old PC to make sure everything would be transferred to my new PC. They found a defect in my new PC and ordered a replacement (glad I didn't have to struggle with a defective PC). When the replacement came in, I brought the old PC back and good to go with data transfer order already in the system.

I have been told "get a Lenovo, they're great". Mine is ok not great. There is a flickering that happens on the screen a whole lot more than I consider acceptable. But after paying the Geek Squad way too much to set up my computer I don't want to return it.

I leomy new lap top at the store for set up. It was a good decision because I did not have time Benny travel. The series’s great and fast

Associate was able to do what was promised. They have a tough job dealing with the flow of problems and remained up beat in the interactions I witnessed.

Easy process- drop it off then pick it up when they email. Answered all questions and demonstrated knowledge. Would recommend them highly!

Set my computer up quick and answer all my questions .

I HAD TO GET A NEW COMPUTER FOR I COULD NOT CONNECT TO INTERNET WITH MY OTHER HP ONE. THAT TECH TOOK A LOOK AND SAID IT HAS TO BE NETWORK CARD. THEY'RE TOO OLD AND NO LONGER AVAILABLE. SO I BOUGHT A NEW LENOVO, A BRAND I'D HAD BEFORE. I WAS NOT SHOW EVERYTHING I THOUGHT I SHOULD HAVE. I DON'T KNOW WHERE MY BATTERY IS. I CAN NOT FIND THE ICON TO SHUT DOWN MY COMPUTER OR TO CLEAN THE SYSTEM. THE YOUNG MAN WHO WAITED ON ME WAS IN A HURRY, FOR HIS PREVIOUS CUSTOMER WAS DIFFICULT AND HER APPOINTMENT WENT OVER TIME. HE DID SOME THINGS WE DISCUSSED THAT I NEEDED BUT HE WAS IN A HURRY WHEN HE PRESSED SOMETHING ON THE SIDE OF THE LENOVO AND CLOSED THE LID . I ASKED HIM HOW TO SHUT IT DOWN AND HE SAID JUST TO PRESS THAT BUTTON. WELL I CAN'T FIND IT. I PHONED THE STORE AND ASKED. THE ICON SHE SAID IS NOT THERE. I KEEP GETTING LENOVO UPDATE REQUESTS AND I'M NOT SURE I SHOULD HAVE CLICKED ON SOME OF THEM NOW I SUDDENLY HAVE A NEW ICON. COMPUTER SCREEN SAYS I'M USING A DIFFERENT BROWSER. I'M GOING TO HAVE TO TAKE IT IN. ALSO I COULD NOT CONNECT TO MY SERVER EMAIL ONE NIGHT--DID HAVE INTERNET ACCESS--COULD NOT FIND THE ICON I NEEDED TO SCAN FOR CAUSE. YEAH, I NEED SOME HELP. THIS WAS JUST THE PERSON I HAD; CAN'T GIVE A BAD REVIEW FOR THE ENTIRE SQUAD. IT'S NOT FAIR.

The total process was very fast. The transfer from my old iPad to the new iPad only took a few minutes.

Went in, they did as I asked, that's all I needed.

This was done perfect and in much less time than I was told or expected. The data transfer part of this service order did require an additional trip but still rates the 5 stars.

I purchased a new laptop at Best Buy and geek quad transferred items from my old computer to my new one and set-up the software that I needed on it. Everything was set up and worked well.

The agent was very helpful and courteous. Also very patient with a "senior". I learned so much from Krew. I wanted to adopt him.

All data was transferred to new tablet and old tablet cleaned and reset

Quick correction to my problem. Phone had virus issues. And also recommended additioal help at Verison.

I purchased the Geek Squad service VERY hesitantly, but I have never been SO HAPPY that I did! I have used them repeatedly for help with my computer and they are always ABOVE and BEYOND HELPFUL and KIND! To say I am impressed is an understatement. I will NEVER NOT have geek squad service again! I will ALWAYS have it now that I know how useful it is!
