I always like to use the Geek Squad, because they usually always get things fixed.

I bought the computer and the setup was done the same day. All essential apps were installed. The only thing I had to do was plug it in and input personal info. Usually I do the setup but since I have Total Tech Support, it was free for them to do it. Believe me, it saved me a headache as when I do the setup there is always 1 or 2 apps that do not install correctly, then I have to take time to figure out why. Uninstall to reinstall, then cross my fingers it will work.

I was told 2 days for computer setup and they were finished in 1 day. That was with a data transfer. Very knowledgeable of services they offered,

This was done perfect and in much less time than I was told or expected. The data transfer part of this service order did require an additional trip but still rates the 5 stars.

Alpha’s service was exemplary. I will go back to this store because of his caring attitude and personalized approach to service.

I purchased a new laptop at Best Buy and geek quad transferred items from my old computer to my new one and set-up the software that I needed on it. Everything was set up and worked well.

This Dell is a very nice computer for the money. It's not for gaming but will serve the purpose of school and business needs very nicely. The computer gets a "5" for it's price value vs workability. A nice 15" laptop which is speedy enough for everyday use. The "4" star is because I had to be back to Best Buy twice to get the computer "set-up" correctly. I believe that the GEEK squad person was overwhelmed by customers when I dropped it off and instructions were not fully followed. Upon "testing" when I went to pick it up, it did not function as requested and I needed to leave it for another day. The second time I came in to pick it up, all worked well and the GEEK squad member provided additional information to pass on as this computer was a Christmas gift to another family member. All ended well.

The personnel were very knowledgeable and helpful helping me pick out a new iPad and transferring information from my old iPad.

Agent removed virus and unwanted advertising from my phone expeditiously!

The Geek Squad was helpful in setting up and transferring data to my new computer and iPad as well as patient in teaching me to use the products.

The geek squad is worth the $. They are knowledgeable, fast and reliable. I will continue to bring things in for sure. Total tech package is well worth it!

Geek Squad crew did a great job transferring files and preparing the new units, as well as cleaning up the old ones. Saved me hours of potential frustration.

Geek squad patiently went through both my husband and my accounts on my old PC to make sure everything would be transferred to my new PC. They found a defect in my new PC and ordered a replacement (glad I didn't have to struggle with a defective PC). When the replacement came in, I brought the old PC back and good to go with data transfer order already in the system.

The Geek who worked on getting my laptop loaded and ready to use were great. It was ready the same day I took it in. He was knowledgeable and very polite.

The agents set up my new PC, installed new software. and transferred all my files from the old PC to the new one. They did a great job!!!

He helped me as far as we got. Just not enough time. what was done was great.

I HAD TO GET A NEW COMPUTER FOR I COULD NOT CONNECT TO INTERNET WITH MY OTHER HP ONE. THAT TECH TOOK A LOOK AND SAID IT HAS TO BE NETWORK CARD. THEY'RE TOO OLD AND NO LONGER AVAILABLE. SO I BOUGHT A NEW LENOVO, A BRAND I'D HAD BEFORE. I WAS NOT SHOW EVERYTHING I THOUGHT I SHOULD HAVE. I DON'T KNOW WHERE MY BATTERY IS. I CAN NOT FIND THE ICON TO SHUT DOWN MY COMPUTER OR TO CLEAN THE SYSTEM. THE YOUNG MAN WHO WAITED ON ME WAS IN A HURRY, FOR HIS PREVIOUS CUSTOMER WAS DIFFICULT AND HER APPOINTMENT WENT OVER TIME. HE DID SOME THINGS WE DISCUSSED THAT I NEEDED BUT HE WAS IN A HURRY WHEN HE PRESSED SOMETHING ON THE SIDE OF THE LENOVO AND CLOSED THE LID . I ASKED HIM HOW TO SHUT IT DOWN AND HE SAID JUST TO PRESS THAT BUTTON. WELL I CAN'T FIND IT. I PHONED THE STORE AND ASKED. THE ICON SHE SAID IS NOT THERE. I KEEP GETTING LENOVO UPDATE REQUESTS AND I'M NOT SURE I SHOULD HAVE CLICKED ON SOME OF THEM NOW I SUDDENLY HAVE A NEW ICON. COMPUTER SCREEN SAYS I'M USING A DIFFERENT BROWSER. I'M GOING TO HAVE TO TAKE IT IN. ALSO I COULD NOT CONNECT TO MY SERVER EMAIL ONE NIGHT--DID HAVE INTERNET ACCESS--COULD NOT FIND THE ICON I NEEDED TO SCAN FOR CAUSE. YEAH, I NEED SOME HELP. THIS WAS JUST THE PERSON I HAD; CAN'T GIVE A BAD REVIEW FOR THE ENTIRE SQUAD. IT'S NOT FAIR.

The agent was friendly, patient and informative when setting up my wife’s iPad.
