I sat and watched the tech apply processes and then left. It was not particularly helpful. From experience, it is more worthwhile to pay to have services performed at home where you can ask questions and get help.

Frustrating, but fixed.

Took it to Geek Squad after salesmen helped me choose at BB. Glass wouldn't fit, other issues with Otterbox. Returned Zagg. Not good experience, but it is done. Lame when four people are contradicting each other.

Not worth
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was charge for something I said I will do and waited 9 hours for the transfer from one ipad to another and it came out at the end that the store wifi was super slow very upsetting and disappointing as my daughter is autistic and she was very impatient because she wanted her ipad I had to leave 4 times and come back and I wasn’t even compensated for there mistake
