    The techs either did not try or were unable to transfer my data. I live over 100 miles away and when they said they couldn't transfer I told them I would come pick them up. When I arrived the tech on duty couldn't find my computer when he did it was still "on the bench" and he attempted to set it up the way I had requested. You'd think after spending all that on the laptop and service agreement -the service would be better after they had it that long. Don't know if they even tried to transfer.

    Complied with the request to arrive 15 minutes before my appointment, but had to continue to wait in line after my appointment time. Other customers in line were more helpful than staff in terms of where to stand and what to expect. Signage is unclear, so some customers were standing on the Customer Service line. A lot of noise in my local store makes the experience stressful. When I got my computer home, I realized the date was wrong.

    I have already reviewed. I think the biggest problem is that they are understaffed. And overpriced.....$200.00 to reset computer so you could correct a mistake on email address after buying is entirely too expensive.

    I paid for geek squad. Then called an made an appointment for them to come out and help with my new computer. I also called the day before to make sure they were still coming out and they said they they didn’t have an appointment set up. I told them the name of the person and the time they were to come out. They said oh sorry. They said you can make an appointment to come in and talk to someone about the problem you have with the computer.

    Unfortunately, they didn't have access to the internet due to a virus, so they only did a small portion of set up. I have had them do this is the past though and it's nice not to have to figure it all out. Also, they will remove built in software you don't need

    Bought a new laptop Geek squad installed new security and updated the system. Went to pick it up they had no clue that it was there. When I got home I had to update it again. The laptop required me to do this. Not sure about the Geek squad.

    I was upset that they couldn't load any of the programs until I arrived. Also my old computer was given back to me in 2 pieces. I did get a follow up appointment where the supervisor fixed some issues.

    The agents got my new machine operating. However, they did not transfer all my files over from the old machine to the new machine. The did not install many of the apps that were on the old machine to the new machine. Making appointments is not difficult on the GS system, however the agents do not want to spend much more than 20 to 30 minutes with a customer at a time. Hard to get much work done with a new machine in 20 to 30 minutes. I requested a longer appointment time and was told that they could not do that. So here I am 3 weeks after purchasing the new machine and I am still using the old computer for many projects because the new one still is not ready.

    Rep working with me on the floor asked me to have a seat while he grabbed the software we had discussed, but got distracted and left me sitting there for 45 minutes. Another rep took over when I explained the situation and did a good job with service recovery.

    The Geek Squad took a lot longer to set up my laptop then they had told me. There were only two employees and other costumers were stopping them from working on the set ups to look at their items. I blame management for the lack of employees.

    Very confusing. Location of drop off was not location of repairs. Received several calls from repair location stating it was ready. But it was not at drop off location. Resulted in delayed pickup. Question if the two communicate.

    The service was excellent, but I had an 11am appointment and didn't get seen until after 12. On that day, it was raining and the air conditioning was high and I was very uncomfortable.

    I was so disappointed after my in-store set up. My computer, which is 8 years old was showing signs of near death. I was in the middle of a fund raiser............ not good timing. Went to Best Buy to buy a new computer because it was faster. Asked for two things: pictures (not urgent) and contacts. I was told that most would be transferred because of the cloud. WRONG. Then I was told it would take 4 days to transfer. I will go to an Apple Store.
