    Was very surprised that they wouldn't set up my new tablet without charging an arm and leg to do it. I would have thought that would be a service that came with the purchase of a new device. Of course I didn't have them do it.

    The got my schedule mixed-up and I did not get the equipment back as I planned, because the sales agent did not deliver it as agreed,

    They are nice, and pretty knowledgeable, but the service takes a while sometimes. Not happy with the cost and what you get with the cost.

    Although I told the tech from Geek Squad that I would be using the Chromebook and Office Suite on a small island in Alaska, I did not check to see if the computer worked, since the "Geek Squad" INSTALLED the program for me. So here I am, UNABLE TO USE THE COMPUTER I PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR, AND I CAN'T USE OFFICE BECAUSE I'M LISTED AS USING AN "UNREGISTERED VERSION!" I paid FULL PRICE for a product I can't use. When I contacted Bestbuy.com, the charming girl told me that "she understood that I didn't want to drive the product back to the store where I purchased it!" I had to explain AGAIN, that I was on an ISLAND, and couldn't drive to PA to get my computer fixed!!!! I'm here through September, what am I supposed to do with a computer and product that doesn't work??? They also told me at tech support (another joke I paid extra for) that Chromebooks can't be fixed remotely. Just lovely. What am I supposed to do?

    Installed updates. computer kept rebooting. Called manufacturer restored software. Works fine now.

    They set up the computer as stated, but they took >24 hours when the sales person stated it would only take a couple of hours and that was annoying.

    So bought the laptop. Asked the squad to load up specific HP printer software. Came back 2 days later after purchase, went home, laptop wouldn't talk to printer. Brought back following day, asked them to try it with pringer on demo shelf. Came back 2 days later and found they didn't do a test. Brought it home, it worked. Should have been tested 1st time. I had to drive 45 min each way for all of this.

    If you know PC Basics, Upgrade and setup yourself

    Gave my New Dell Optiplex 7000 Tower PC to the Geek Squad for Upgrading of RAM and upgrading Memory 1TB - The "Tech" made it look like a USED MACHINE as per DELL Screen Share with there Technician - I ordered a New same Item and did all the upgrading myself with "No Errors" - My 1st New machine had 247 ERRORS. Somebody did not know what they were doing and/or playing with my then new machine. The Geek Squar Manager was very helpful and professional in re-ordering me a New Dell Optiplex 7000 Tower that I upgraded myself with "No Errors". Otherwise this is the 1st time I have had an issue with any of your Geek Squad services. I am a Total-Tech Customer

    Mesa AZ Printer set-up poor

    I recently purchased a HP printer in Mesa, and purchased the set-up. After waiting past the appointment time, the 'geek' claimed he could only set the machine up for either wireless or or connected printing. He couldn't get the disk included with the printer to work, did some other things that were not explained, and said, 'you're out of here. Had to set it up myself at home.
