Between calls and visits he determined that the computer we bought was not up to the job we wanted. We exchanged the computer for one with the characteristics he recommended and achieved success

Not the best service

When I got mg computer back, nothing had been updated to the latest software, it sure wasn't optimized for best performance. On varipus wondows settings. Not worth the money to pay for

Even if you were able to do everything that we did, think of it as a time-saving method, rather than a service for something you couldn’t do yourself. If you ever do run into trouble with your computer or tablet that you can’t fix yourself, please give us another chance. I’m confident you’ll be impressed with the service we offer.
