Works great! I love that it maps the house first and knows where rugs are. Makes turning it on when not home easier.

East to configure. It maps the layout 1st time then you can define rooms and instruct which room to clean.

The sweeping is great, vacuum works really good. Only issue is that when you try to set the parameters for the moping, no matter how much we’ve tried it still tries to go over the rugs around the living room area. And I put the exact dimensions for it and it will still try to mop it.

I was so excited to try this vacuum but being completely honest I would not recommend this product especially if you have a pet. I have a German Shepherd, so I have to sweep up all his hair before turning this on. If I don’t, it’ll cover the suction, and the vacuum will just be running around and before I notice, it hasn’t picked up anything! The only way I like using this product is using the matrix feature because if not it won’t pick up everything and I have white tile so it’s so noticeable. Also, I absolutely hate the app. It’s happened one too many times where I try to start the vacuum through the app, and my map is completely gone. It’s so annoying I have to wait 30 minutes for it to remap the house, and then I have to assign all the rooms over and over again. It’s so frustrating.

A super cleaner, it has helped a lot with cleaning, and even more so with my wife who, being pregnant, is limited to cleaning certain areas that this machine cleans with excellence and quality, 100 percent recommended.

Routinely misses things on the floor even after direct contact, mapping feature on app is extremely inexact (nearly impossible to map out carpeted areas for the mop function), runs out of battery fairly quickly and doesn't pick back up where it left off like other models do

great product, i enjoy having the shark help around the house while I can relax and take care of other things. I would definitely stick with shark products moving forward. I do wish I got the self-cleaning version but this one works great. Works amazing with tile flooring

Works great most of the time, but occationally gets frustratingly stubburn and wont clean a specific room. Interestingly, this problem seems to be solved when i use it through my smart home system. I have a puppy and it doesnt do great avoiding animal poo either.

I have used this product for 10 months now and it works great! The battery life allows a vacuum and mop of half of my 1600 sq ft house. Then will continue where it left off after going back to its base. I have 2 cats, and 3 girls in the house so plenty of hair lying around, too. Would purchase again!

Absolutely love the brand and this vacuum. We use it every day and it has helped keep the floors clean.
