This thing is an absolute life saver! I’ve used robot vacuums in the past, but none of them have the suction power that this one does. Works amazingly to pick up my golden retrievers hair twice a day and saves a ton of time from having to bust out the vacuum.

After all my research this is the one that stood out for our needs. 1st issue is there isn't custom room mapping, there are only preset dimensioned rooms in the app. This makes the robot run the most speratic paths that are detrimental to battery efficiency. This robot worked 1 time and required 3 charges to complete our first floor (LR, Kitchen and 2 Bars) due to its poor mapping. My wife started it today to make it's second run. Error 18 kept tripping. There is no user manual in the box the see how to either reset the robot or clean the debris that may or may not be trapped in the drive wheel. I guess these robot sweepers still haven't made many strides than the last time we owned a Roomba 10 years ago... This might be fine in a house with no pets or kids and solid smooth floors with little to no furniture to obstruct a proper laser mapping.

After having an incredibly hard time connecting the robot to my Wi-Fi and having to exchange it…I love this product. It cleans really well. I use it daily. It keeps my floors spotless!

This robot vacuum is a significant upgrade compared to the previous model and depending on your needs might be the right one for you (ideal for single level home, mostly hard floors). It very quickly made an accurate map of the house and cleans very well.

We have only had this for about a month now but so far we absolutely LOVE it! It sweeps up great even with two pets and mops as it goes. Saves the time of doing every day cleaning of the floors and was super easy to put together and use

Bought this as a gift for my 26-year old son. He loves it. Said his floors are crisp and clean now. Even gets under his bed without any issues. I asked him how he liked it and he said “Life changing.” So there you have it!

Love it. It did take me a day to get everything set up and do the mapping run, but that was because I did not have time to watch the mapping runs. After that was done, it worked wonderfully. Just remember, it does not self empty.

I just bought one a week ago, but didn’t work. I was getting an error saying error code 18. Call shark customer service. So stopped by at Best Buy and got a replacement. Now it’s working fine. I love it.. thanks!

Love this vacuum! It works great! The only issue is you have to give it a few times to get the mopping part on and the part that collects the dirt. Once you get it in the right spot it clicks in, but it takes a few tries.

Love it!!!! If I had to say anything negative about this, it’s little loud. But overall it’s great!!

It works fantastic!! Vacuums and mops my floors in about 85 minutes… and it only uses 1/2 of a tank of cleaning solution to get the job done!! Does a better job cleaning than I do!!
