First, its not super effective vacuuming. If you have pets this probably isn't the one for you. Second, the brush roll constantly gets stuck. Even if you get it clear its like its jammed or something and it is not easy to unscrew everything to check it out and clean. Third, my mop part stopped working after about 3 months and Shark was not helpful at all. I've had mine just over a year and I'm already looking for a replacement.

App is glitchy

However, my expectations were unmet. While the AV2001 demonstrated consistent performance, this newer model showed a less reliable functionality, particularly with the mopping feature. The mop operates intermittently and fails to accomplish the task at hand, leaving the floor partially cleaned. In the end, I've found it more useful to treat this product simply as a vacuum after removing the mop water canister, which essentially negates its purported advantage of offering a 2-in-1 cleaning solution.

Sometimes it can’t find the base to recharge. If does find the base sometimes it doesn’t set correctly to recharge. It also gets stuck a lot and leaves streak marks. I expected more for the amount I paid.
