This is a better product then some others but my advice is dont get a 2-in-1 type of unit.

Great vacuum keep’s carpet and tile clean we love it

Got this for my wife for Christmas and she loves it. The only thing is that it was a little bigger than we expected. That's why it's not five stars. Everything else from plugging it in and letting it go has been running like a charm, especially the mop feature

The vaccum works fine but the tank is so small and gets full so easily. Highly recommend to take the one with outside disposal. The mop gets stuck when switching between carpet to tile. Will return and thinking about getting different model, may be!

So far sweeping is good but haven’t tried mop, have to try

I absolutely love it! It keeps my floor clean and saves me time from chores!

In a few months of use, its vacuum does not pick anything, absolutely anything on the floor. The mopping cloth in few uses stopped sticking to the device and falls off somewhere with the device dropping water all over as it moves. I do not recommend this product and I say since I have experience with a similar product from another company that lasted much longer.

Vacuum is horrible. It only lasted me 4 months, now it will no longer mop. Error code states its empty. Shark has no knowledge of this vacuum or its model number to even assist with the issue.

It is a good product. Maps out your home in about an hour, and from then on it cleans efficiently.

I thought that this could vacuum carpet and mop the floors without having to take the cartridge off but you can not. My house is very small and I have to refill the mop water after one cleaning.

We are loving the vacmop so far. Will send a new update after a couple more use.

If you are looking for a great vacuum and mopping solution in one package, the Shark AI VACMOP Robot might be something worth considering. With an all-plastic design, it looks like every other robot vac on the market. It's a bit larger than I would have expected, but that is neither a pro nor a con. It looks nice and, most importantly, it works. In terms of performance, the vacuum is a lot quieter than I would have expected. With that said, that doesn't mean that it lacks in performance. There is an included charging base and base pad. While somewhat large, a bit larger than the vacuum itself, does require space. So when planning where you will put the base, be sure to account for the amount of space it will take up. VACUUM I have a home with mostly hard floors and low-pile rugs. The robot has done a great job at cleaning both flooring surfaces and returning a dust bin that has an impressive amount of dirt and debris. This lets me know its doing a good job sucking up the dirt without making a lot of noise. It seems to navigate my home relatively well. Sometimes it seems to get confused with chairs or side tables, it may take several seconds and trial-and-error, but it usually figures out's going on and goes about its standard cleaning pattern. There are a number of features in the SharkClean app that give you more functionality than what is on the vacuum itself. For example, high-traffic mode is a nice feature as it adjusts how the vacuum cleans in terms of power and the number of times it targets an area. You can also create spot clean sections, and set other cleaning preferences such as areas to avoid. Cleaning the vacuum is relatively simple. The dust bin was easy to remove and empty. While the bin is pretty small, depending on the amount of dirt in you home, you can probably get away with emptying it every two or so runs. Accessing the roller underneath as well as the cleaning brush were both simple and hassle-free. MOPPING The mopping functionality of this robot works with both the vacuum and mopping components at the same time. The vac sucks up any loose, dry debris while the mopping pad follows up with a moistened micro-fiber pad that mimics a scrubbing motion. You will get two micro fiber cleaning pads in the box. The cleaning pads seem to have great build-quality. They are machine washable, and while I've only washed and dried them a couple of times, I feel like they will stand up to the test of time. Mopping does a great job at keeping relatively clean floors tidy. I wouldn't suggest it for floors that are heavily soiled. Instead, I think this is a great solution for those wanting to maintain versus deep cleaning. With that said, while my hard floors look clean, the cleaning pad usually comes back all dirty - so that does let me know the robot did its job. SHARK CLEAN APP One of the first things you do when you get your robot is download the SharkClean app. With this, you will go through a setup process to connect to your robot and get the system connected to your home's wifi. With the app, you are able to control your robot wirelessly, set cleaning schedules, and create customized cleaning and no-go zones. I wished the map was a little more precise so setting carpet zones and stuff is easier instead of trial-and-error in terms of exact positioning. Connecting the robot to your home's WIFI also means you can control it via Google and Alexa home assistants. I have not yet connected mine to my Alexa devices, but looking forward to getting that set up soon. Overall, this two-in-one robot vacuum and mop is a great product that tackles two tasks at once. It's not without its quirks, but nothing is perfect. The vacuum functionality is great. Mopping is more of a maintenance feature to help keep your hard floors relatively clean. If you have a heavily-soiled hard floor, I would recommend spot cleaning before using the mop feature of the robot.

I used to have a robot vacuum by shark that just did the vacuuming for years and it worked great. I though it would be nice to upgrade for a 2 in 1 HOWEVER the product I received does not mop at all. I have contacted the manufacturer and ran all the troubleshooting with them and it still does not work. I am very disappointed with this product.

Disappointed this did not even last 3 months... It just stopped working one day and keeps saying too close to cliff error code. Nothing helps its practically brand new and cleaned after each use tried resoring and setting back up and nothing.

Garbage, Been using it like 5 times and cliff sensor went down, I’ve searched the web and this is common problem with sensors and etc.

It stopped working after about 4-5 uses but did a good job on those few times

I loved this for about a month. Now it does nothing. It doesn't mop properly, it "docks" in the middle of the room. The return window is so short. Simply a waste of money.

I bought shark robot vacuum and veryyy happy with my purchase. Works very well. Cleaning everywhere all spots and edges. Whole family we love our new vacuum
