    It cleans very well. The sensors still run into and over stuff it shouldn't, despite the AI sensor.

    Total joke. Will work great just long enough to get you past the 60 day Best Buy warranty. The. Expect to spend hours and hours over at least 8-10 calls trouble shooting. We’ve spent over 15 hours with shark customer service. They sent a replacement and that one had the same issues. They know it has extensive nav issues and software update issues. Please spare yourself the misery of this horrible piece of equipment. It does not work. It does not navigate to the right rooms. It constantly goes to wrong rooms. Horrible! Horrible!

    I had to return because the vacuuming is very poor compared to my very basic, bottom of the range Roomba. I never tried the mopping. The app and functionality in the app was good.
