Good product cleans well the mop works well too great choice

I love you can set it to map your house. Have it do a certain room. Mop certain areas and only vacuum others. Still getting use to the features.

This Shark - AI Ultra 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum & Mop has been great. Easy to use out of the box. Initial setup takes a little time but once it's done, set it and forget it. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats and is has kept my floors clean. The mop feature works very well, much easier than hauling the mop and bucket around the house! Bonus-it is pretty quiet.

I love my Shark vaccuum, handheld vac and air purifier, but I am so disappointed in the performance of this robot vac. First impression out of the box: it's super lightweight, and also cheap looking. The dustbin is tiny and can be tricky to open up. The mopping "bin" really didn't want to snap on. It was difficult, but I finally got it attached after fighting with it for a few minutes. Coming from an iRobot that was 6 years old, this vaccuum is a serious dissapointment. Unlike the roomba, it doesn't figure out the location of objects as it goes along. It insists on only cleaning in a pattern and will skip over certain areas only to backtrack later. It has ended up spending a lot of its very limited battery life cleaning the same areas multiple times. It spins around in circles while it appears to be "thinking," then goes and vaccuums the same area it just finished. The only positive I can say is that it docks itself better than our old Roomba. I can't speak on the mopping ability at all as I haven't tried to map that yet, but I don't have very high hopes for it based on the way it vaccuums. I was under the impression based on this item description that it could actually scrub floors based on how this was marketed, but it only has the tiny bristles that pull dirt in, and a normal brushroll. The description said it could scrub while mopping but that can't be true, so I feel that was misleading. I will update this review if see any improvement as far as mapping goes, but right now it gets 2 stars simply because the vaccuum works, although nowhere near as well as our old roomba.

Super easy set up, room mapping is pretty accurate, just make sure you remove any items out of its way for improve accuracy. You can always re-map it if you need to.

It's a very good brand, we have been using this vacuum for over a year and it's doing it's job pretty well

The truth is that I bought it with many doubts but in reality it does its clean job and the most curious thing is that it maps additionally after the battery is not so durable but after that it does its job normally every time you finish cleaning you have to keep the maintenance clean but functional

Works extremely well, definitely a workhorse for the house. Robot vacuums have come a long way.

I have purchased 2 of these and they are quiet,efficient, easy to program, long life to the battery, and affordable. The magic if all of this is that it cuts my housework almost in half and it is affordable...Love them

We got this to replace an older vacuum that had a motor going out. So far very happy with the upgrade. We use it to mop and vacuum our vinyl floors and it works amazingly! So nice to wake up to freshly mopped floors every day. It's got all kinds of cool features like room mapping and it avoids objects like toys really well. Wifi works great, I can tell my Google home to send it to a specific room and it zips right there. Mechanics are solid and it has no issues moving around or making its way over light obstacles. Would definitely recommend!

I own a shark vacuum already and felt like this would help out with all the new flooring we just installed. It really does a great job. We just wish it could clean it self into a canister like the other one. The container on it needs to be cleaned at least every 2-3 days. We have 4 cats so that's not terrible but more than the other one.

Have never had a robot for floors but this one is so far very good. Couldn't believe how well it vacuumed , so today I used the mopping feature and it did fantastic. Love my new robot.

The robot suction is pretty good an the matrix cleaning is great in my opinion. As far as the app it can be better way better.for me the best app i seen is wyze app. Because you can pick rooms an it actually shows you what the robot actually has went threw. The shark app unfortunately isnt that easy to worl with. You have to play with it gor a littl bit. It ahould definitely should be easier to use.

Cleans my hardwood floors great. Picks up dog hair and cleans the paw prints she leaves behind.

It works well, it cleans very well but it gets stuck a decent amount without learning.

Being that it’s the first time purchasing a Rob- Mop / vacuum, it pretty much does what it claims to do! The only con is that if they would be able to find a way for the battery to last a bit long on the process of when doing things for its time duration! Other than that no complains. You did it again Shark amazing product !

Ive mainly been using the vacuum portion of this, but definitely love that it picks up so much. With 3 dogs, this is the perfect product
