This little robot is the best invention ever. It has made my cleaning weekends less stressful. It helps keeping the house clean. It's sooo satisfying watching it clean. If it breaks and warranty expires I'm definitely getting another one. I love my robot. 100% worth the money spent.

I purchased the Shark-Al Ultra 2-in-1 Vacuum and Mop when I started having lower back issues. I could hardly tolerate sweeping and mopping, but the Shark Ultra has been a lifesaver. It cleans well with little to no bending or back strain. Top recommendation from this consumer.

Quite impressed by the quality. The build is pretty good! I like the functionality and the app. The mop quality on hardwood floor is quite remarkable. The corners are left a little dusty but still does a great job making the floor clean overall. Would recommend that the area be clear of small furniture and other lingering items on the floor. The rug area can be defined on the app, but it hasn't worked great for me. I'm not sure if it detects the rug because of sensors, or just because its demarcated on the app. Haven't taken the risk. I just roll up the rug (8x10) and let it work. If the clean area is mapped by Shark, then it works great. But, if it is used in some other place in the house with the initially stored map, then it misses the places which are not in the map and cannot adapt. Learned from experience. Now, when I have to clean the basement area, I let it map it first and then clean it. I had an issue with it today where it was not mopping as intended. I had to call tech support and they walked me down on how to address the issue via video call. Quite impressed by customer service. They took ample time to fix the issue. Overall, I am quite surprised and impressed with this. When I first bought it, I was sure I would return it. But now after using it for a few months, I would recommend it.

It has great technology to being aware of surroundings. It goes everywhere in the house even over the cables and never stuck. Vaccuming is really good but mopping needs little more improvement.

Constantly gets stuck and runs low on charge. Seems to be cheaply made compared to some earlier versions of this product.

Let me tell you bout my best friend!! This lil guy is a back and life saver. When you have 2 kittle crotch goblins running around crumbing up your house and you gotta pick up after them constantly. We love our robot vacuum. It sweeps and mops simutsniously which im glad we found that out! If you are thinking about buying one i highly highly suggest you do.

Vacuums and mops well. It is very quiet. The app shows you the map it creates of your home. I like that it does not bump walls at all. The sensors must be top of the line, and they should be for what you are paying.

Amazing product, this vacuums does everything you need for you floor. It maps all the entire house, once the vacuum knows your house you do not need to worry about having dirty floors never again! My wife loves this vacuum, definitely what we needed at home. It also vacuums over carpets !

Love this item and does a good job. Do wish that the mopping part lasted longer than one use, but still overall very satisfied with this purchase

Working perfectly. silent, fast. Very easy to use app. The only point was that I brought the item to Brazil, so installing the app I had a little difficulty but after reading some reviews it worked and works perfectly

Works great! My floors feel cleaner than ever! I have all wood floors and have tried many vacuums to make my daily cleaning easier, this one saves me so much time and goes under all of my beds each day keeping the dust down in my home

Does a great job vacuuming and mopping. App lets you designate rooms so you can choose specific locations to do a quick clean or do the whole house. It also has different strength options you can select.

Honestly it does a good job at cleaning my house, only problem is that sometimes it gets lost trying to find its way back “home”

I was so excited to try this vacuum but being completely honest I would not recommend this product especially if you have a pet. I have a German Shepherd, so I have to sweep up all his hair before turning this on. If I don’t, it’ll cover the suction, and the vacuum will just be running around and before I notice, it hasn’t picked up anything! The only way I like using this product is using the matrix feature because if not it won’t pick up everything and I have white tile so it’s so noticeable. Also, I absolutely hate the app. It’s happened one too many times where I try to start the vacuum through the app, and my map is completely gone. It’s so annoying I have to wait 30 minutes for it to remap the house, and then I have to assign all the rooms over and over again. It’s so frustrating.

This product has worked perfectly well better than order other robot I have ever used. It sweeps and mop at the same time. The only thing is I have to scoop out dirts that are sticky on the dirt pan. Other than that are no issues at all. I’m super pleased. I bought 4 already for families.

We love how this cleans more methodically than our old rhoomba. Our floor is cleaner and there are no missed spots. Looking forward to see how long it lasts. Our old rhoomba had to be replaced twice in a couple years. Second replacement is when we switched to this Shark.

I love the programmability of this vacuum! It mapped my entire home, and it goes out and conquers all the dust and debris that collects in my house. It can go as often as I want. Great investment, and it does the entire job for me!
