We love how this cleans more methodically than our old rhoomba. Our floor is cleaner and there are no missed spots. Looking forward to see how long it lasts. Our old rhoomba had to be replaced twice in a couple years. Second replacement is when we switched to this Shark.

I love the programmability of this vacuum! It mapped my entire home, and it goes out and conquers all the dust and debris that collects in my house. It can go as often as I want. Great investment, and it does the entire job for me!

Routinely misses things on the floor even after direct contact, mapping feature on app is extremely inexact (nearly impossible to map out carpeted areas for the mop function), runs out of battery fairly quickly and doesn't pick back up where it left off like other models do

Worked for the first few months. Sensors stopped working after a while (wear and tear). But was good while it lasted. Would recommend warranty

I was a doubter before purchasing this Shark Robot Vacuum, however, it is amazing how well it vacuums. The mopping function is also very good. And, even beyond this, it can even speak Japanese as one of it's languages.

It is quite attractive, easy to put the pieces together, I still have not learned how to set up the mapping , I will call the support line

I upgraded from an older model Shark vacuum and my god the difference is crazy. Being able to map your home, spot clean, make “no go” and carpet zones has been a game changer. And I have a baby in the house so vacuuming and mopping is a constant need. This has seriously helped

I’ve owned plenty of robot vacuums over the years, but the added mop capability on this puts it over the top. The mop pad moves side to side as it cleans to add a scrubbing action which mops way better than the other brands i have used.

We have had many but this Shark AI Ultra 2-in-1 Robo vacuum was designed to make the cleaning experience better. The attention to detail in the desin ensure all areas are vacuumed. This is the one to buy.

Overall, this vacuum does a good job. The app/software is sometimes buggy but customer service is responsive and the app is updated regularly. Mapping works fairly well, but the vacuum will sometimes get stuck on small bumps in the floor or furniture legs. Mopping works OK. It has trouble with carpet avoidance but you can just specify where to mop instead. I dislike how the canister is shaped because sometimes dirt/dog hair gets stuck in smaller crevasses that make it difficult to empty

Love it it does all the work for you you set the time you want it to start vaccum and goes to work once it’s done doing it’s task it goes back to its dock it’s worth the money

I have had shark products previously I have always been skeptical of the robot vacuum. A friend had the vacuum and with the sale price I gave it a try ! I LOVE This !!! Vacuum the carpets is great keeping the floors clean WITH PETS excellent !!!

I am happy with this BOT! The spot cleaning is ON THE SPOT! I can physically pick it up, place it on the spot and it will scrub for about 5 good seconds! NO NEED FOR AI, I can press the clean button and it will clean in a room in predictable pattern. I have the app, but I don't have to use it if I don't want to. Performance is good, I only wish it could clean the corners a little better.

It gets the job done. Quite loud I would not recommend running it overnight. You do not have the option to choose when it vacuums or mops. It has caused some damage knocked over my heavy IKEA mirror pulled down and broke a lamp. Be very mindful of cords and furniture that can be knocked over. The app can help avoid those areas.

A super cleaner, it has helped a lot with cleaning, and even more so with my wife who, being pregnant, is limited to cleaning certain areas that this machine cleans with excellence and quality, 100 percent recommended.
