Works fairly well as a daily vacuum cleaner but has nowhere near the cleaning prowess of a standard cordless or corded cleaner. Still haven’t taken the time to learn how to take advantage of the wooden floor cleaning feature but setting that up is not intuitive. Mapping the vac is very easy and effective, however. Won’t return it but would no recommended to a friend.

I was so excited to try this vacuum but being completely honest I would not recommend this product especially if you have a pet. I have a German Shepherd, so I have to sweep up all his hair before turning this on. If I don’t, it’ll cover the suction, and the vacuum will just be running around and before I notice, it hasn’t picked up anything! The only way I like using this product is using the matrix feature because if not it won’t pick up everything and I have white tile so it’s so noticeable. Also, I absolutely hate the app. It’s happened one too many times where I try to start the vacuum through the app, and my map is completely gone. It’s so annoying I have to wait 30 minutes for it to remap the house, and then I have to assign all the rooms over and over again. It’s so frustrating.

I thought, “whats all the hype about” with the robot vacs? I found out with Shark 2-in-1 vacuum and mop. Now I wonder how I lived with out it so long!

I love this vacuum cleaner, it works very well, it vacuums and mops at the same time, you can control it through your cell phone and configure it according to your needs.

Routinely misses things on the floor even after direct contact, mapping feature on app is extremely inexact (nearly impossible to map out carpeted areas for the mop function), runs out of battery fairly quickly and doesn't pick back up where it left off like other models do

Very impressed with this thing. Great room/house mapping features that allow to completely customize how and where you clean. Also does very thorough cleaning on each path. Love it.

We pucked this up in a black friday deal . It keeps thers clean, the mop does very well and doesnt leave the floor soaked. We have 4 cats so it really has helped alot.

Fantastic little machine that does so everything for us. It works great the only thing I dislike is the size of the water reservoir. We have a large house so we have to refill it while it does its thing.

I am not a real professional when it comes to all these smart objects but my son was able to get it hooked up for me and i used it every day. Havent used the moo feature yet but i am sure it be be amazing!

Got this when my Room a died and this is way better. The app is better. The performance is better. And the price is better. Highly recommend!

I have had shark products previously I have always been skeptical of the robot vacuum. A friend had the vacuum and with the sale price I gave it a try ! I LOVE This !!! Vacuum the carpets is great keeping the floors clean WITH PETS excellent !!!

Amazing product just set it and it goes. The mapping function works great if sense when it is on carpet vs hardwood

It does a good job of cleaning and just start it with my phone when ever I need it to do more mopping

We’re very happy with our Shark robot vacuum. It moves easily from carpet to vinyl planking to ceramic tile. We especially like the way it cleans under beds and heavy furniture.

Love this. You still need to swifter in areas it can't reach but it's great for open areas and getting under the beds. Very easy to set-up and use.

A super cleaner, it has helped a lot with cleaning, and even more so with my wife who, being pregnant, is limited to cleaning certain areas that this machine cleans with excellence and quality, 100 percent recommended.
