It has a weird ticking that happens intermittently. It has to be taken apart and reassembled multiple times to eliminate it. There is no clear indication to the cause. It cleans well and the “mop” function works like a swiffer and does a good job.

It's a great 2 in 1!

The Shark app is not really good compared to iRobot and the room mapping is hit or miss. I just have it sent to clean the kitchen and laundry room since they're on the same floor and it does a great job. I just wish it was more intuitive.

The battery life allows a vacuum and mop of half of my 1600 sq ft house. Then will continue where it left off after going back to its base. I have 2 cats, and 3 girls in the house so plenty of hair lying around, too. Would purchase again!

It works perfect!
