Bought NEW, arrived already opened.....

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this new and it arrived already opened and re-taped, suggesting that the new product I was supposed to receive wasn't new at all. I am so tired of Best Buy doing this. This is not the first time that I have received a supposed "NEW" product that has clearly been used and re-packed. I am extremely close to canceling my credit card and never shopping here again. You can't even trust them to send you a new product when you paid for it to be new. Why have the "open box" section to purchase from when you very clearly send people opened products when they bought it NEW???

Cannot eliminate pollen at all
