Love ours def helps with dust an pet dander wish it came with extra filter for the cost though.

After some use the power button and the auto mode button touch options disappeared. I checked with best buy about the warranty and they say that manufacturer warranty is only for 1 year. My purchase is about 1 n half year ago. I also reached out Shark directly and they say they wont cover as I didn't purchase from them directly but from Best Buy. The purifier works good but the touch panel may not worth the big price. I will try to buy directly from the company after listening from both customer services.

Placed the unit in our Family Room and within a couple of hours the room was showing clear signs of dust reduction in the air. Placed it in the bedroom and again it worked great!

Just got this in , however , it said 100% air quality right when turning on. Is this normal? Also, it is relatively quiet and easy to move out of the way and to other rooms. First impression is good, but def curious about the air rating being not accurate ?

Shark has already stopped support for these. First party filters are nearly impossible to find even from their site. They are relying on third party vendors to support these now

So disillusioned because I thought "Shark" would give me an awesome product like their vacuums, but not this. I don't know if my unit was a lemon or what. I purchased the unit in Apr. 2022 and returned it a couple days later. First of all, I live in an old house that is dusty and dry. This units monitor claimed to clean up the air of this 2700 sq. foot house in less than 5 min. which included the upper story where I also took it just to see what the monitor read. It read 100% clean upon turning it on! I highly doubt that being accurate. As far as I am concerned that monitor is what my hubby would call an idiot light. I also tried what other buyers did, lighting a candle, no flucuation until I blew the candle out and then monitor only briefly went down then right back up to 100%. It made no improvement to the kitchen smells we had from dinner the evening we started it up, and the whole time the monitor claimed 100% clean air. I just don't believe that it was working as well as the monitor made it look, and to do that in such a short time, for such a large house, and to never fluctuate unless I blew a candle out next to it. To Best Buy: Purchased as a guest so not documented with Best Buy Acct. but I do have the return receipt to prove my purchase and return
