It does seem to notice when air quality is poor, when it's noticeable. Dusty from vacuuming or smoke from poor cooking. Really like it has a setting to turn off most lights, lets it be used in the bedroom without lighting up the room. We've noticed waking up with reduced sinus issues since getting this. And I can tell that even when the kitchen smells smoky, the air coming out of the purifier doesn't smell smoky. Real test well be if we have a bad fire season coming up though.

Works fantastically!

Very simple and works great. Low mode is insanely quiet and the digital read out is super easy to see and understand. If you are a candle burner this will consider your candle fragrance as bad air and will churn away to get rid of it. It sits are 96%-100% with no candle and in the 60’s% with one burning. Means nothing but the Shark doesn’t get it.

Quiet and effective

The auto setting really does react well to how the environment changes. Our unit is upstairs. When we cook something downstairs that is greasy or smoky, device kicks into overdrive to work to clean the air upstairs. I never realized how contaminants in our air flow. We are going to buy another one because it’s so effective and put it downstairs with our pets
