Have had it several weeks and can tell a big difference in air quality. The biggest difference is with sleep quality. My husband is no longer waking up several times a night with coughing which allows him to sleep through the night. We are so happy with this purchase and totally recommend it to everyone who suffers from allergies and for pet owners.

Great purifier. It senses the air quality and gives you a percentage of clean air. We used our instant pot to cook and when we vented it off the purifier sensed the fumes from the instant pot and showed us that the air quality dropped from the high 90s to the low 80s. Pretty cool.

air purifier work great. BIG problem is you can't get replacement filters that don't have a VERY BAD chemical smell! So bad that it burns your eyes, noise and throat and gives you a bad headache!! So far I have had to throw away 5 oem replacement filters which equals @99.00 ea. total of $495.00 that is in the last 8 months!! I have an expensive air purifier that I can't use anymore

I purchased two, placed in separate large rooms - each is covering something like 800 sq. ft., which it seems adequate for. I dusted everything when I set up the units, and surfaces have been much slower to become dusty again. Setup was very easy - pull out of the box, remove some plastic films (including around the filter, plug in, and turn on. The display can be set to a few levels of brightness, including off, which must please people placing these in their bedrooms. The fan on the lowest speed (which it hangs out in when placed in "Auto") is audible in a quiet room (tv off, no talking), but it is quiet enough that I don't notice it otherwise. The "air quality" indicator seems to work on my units (others have posted that it never reads anything other than 100%. For the most part, it does display "100%", but when cooking in particular it will go down and the units' fans will speed up. The removal of the cooking odors/smoke seems much faster than previous. I rate this a good value based on a sale price; it is on the expensive side otherwise. However these seem to come on sale fairly often.

I love my Shark - Air Purifier 6 this was the best purchase it has created a very comfortable home clean air experience. I have no complaints at all for this product. Since the purchase this winter so far the air quality has been 100 % improvement since the year before during the winter the air is cleaner and can sleep better.

Works ok. Filters smoke in the air not sure about dust. It is quiet when is on lowest setting but on high its pretty noisy. I dont understand why engineers would design it this way with the suction fans in the back of the unit. Not creative at all. Fans should be at the front of the unit, who cares about the nice front look. It could have be designed much better.

This thing outperforms every air purifier ive ever owned. Highly recommend

Set it and forget it. Works really well and it's apparent it's doing what it's supposed to do after burning some food and it kicking into overdrive to clear the air. Would buy another one if I needed it. It's very quiet when just sitting in automatic mode.

- After 10 months, the power button on the panel stopped glowing. The purifier still works, but I have to guess and poke around on the panel to turn it on and off. It's not an outlet/electricity problem because the purifier does turn on and off if you click on the right spot. - It doesn't estimate the clean air as accurately anymore (compared to when I first got it), but that's not a problem for me because I set the power manually instead of having it auto change based on air cleanliness. - The black panel screen captures a lot of fingerprint smudges if that bothers you. - Replacement filters are VERY expensive for this model.

So far so good. The auto clean feature is nice when it senses air quality declining from cooking etc. it automatically kicks into high clean mode and then ramps down when the air is clean. it's helped with the dust in our new home. It's quiet when not in high fan mode but is moderately noisy in High clean mode.

Used about a week now. Like timer feature so it runs for set number of hours. Not too loud at lower fan speeds. Haven't run at max fan speed. Tall but not too wide or deep. Has handles on top sides to more easily move around. Wish it had holder for remote. Does have touchscreen on top to power on/off, set fan speed, timer, etc.

Love it - Love it! 2 shedding cats and a shedding dog - We can finally breathe. Can't ask for anything more! I am telling all of our friends about this air purifier!!

While larger and louder than I would like, I have little doubt that this air purifier is working as it sucks in the air around it with obvious force. I also appreciate the handy remote. I own a Shark vacuum cleaner and I have been very happy with it, so I'm confident that this will continue to meet my needs as well.

It works as advertised but the fan sounds like white noise and makes me sleepy

We purchased as a utility item during a home renovation project. Loads of dust and other particulates from the sanding and drywall work. It worked well but, at least in this application, the filter clogged quickly. IN a non-construction environment it might be darn near perfect.
