I bought this item, because it was on sale. but im not sure, when I use this, always 100%. I dont know it work good or not. I had to return, but my friends likes this, she is using it.

The thing about a device like this is that it is difficult to tell a pronounced difference between indoor air quality before and after purchase. I thought it would reduce dust more. It does seem to keep odors down.

The air purifier broke after one month of use, I've never seen such a bad product before

Not sure WHY the filters are over $100, buy a Dyson and get your money’s worth! This product is not as productive as I thought, should’ve checked the Reviews before I purchased this. I bought 2 and returned one since they were so huge. Pls, note! This form Auto-populated the Ratings for Ease of use, Value, and left Quality empty!!! It didn’t give me an Option to put in my opinion. This is NOT a GOOD value!

It said the air is 100% clean even though i know it's not. Will give it a while but air quality indicator so far isn’t very helpful.

Item seems nice but too big and bulky Occupies a lot of space

This item never worked. The moment I turned this on it said my air was 100 percent clean. I had this in a room that three dogs sleep in and my allergies flair up when I am in the room. I know it is not clean and that is why I purchased this unit. I left it on for one week and the display never changed. I called the Shark help desk and they asked me to spray perfume directly on the sensor and the display never changed. It never recognized the perfume. They told me to run the unit on a three hour timer and call back if the reading never changed. There was no indication that this unit was ever going to run or detect anything in the air. I then researched this time further on a competitor site and read many reviews stating the same situation I was experiencing. I decided to return the item.

Broke in less than 2 weeks. Product seemed great until it stopped turning on.

After regular use for a little over a month 2 fans are ticking as if the bearing is failing in the fans. Disappointed considering the price

It’s ok. I really don’t see a difference in my house with this product. I purchased this on sale. Knowing what I know now, I would not purchase this item again.

I absolutely love Shark products, but this one is a failure. The unit stopped working after 2 months of non-continuous use. Very disappointed. The customer service was less than stellar and it took quite a bit of time to even get someone to help with their warranty. Would not recommend. It’s a shame that something that is so costly would quit working after just a couple of months.

It worked for a week (on 600sq.ft) didn't run every day, went from 100 to 56 ran for 4h at full speed and didn't move from 56, no one smokes and there is no pets in the house. I would give 0 stars if I could. If there is 100+$ off offer it should tell you thats probably not that great.Returned to the store, I should have trusted bad reviews .

Works well, but fans started rattling after one week of use.

Quit working - wouldn’t even power on - after 10 months. Apparently it happens with this model. Look it up.

This quit working after less than 6 months of operating. It won't turn on or do anything.

Right out of the box this unit said the air was 100% pure. Other reviews have mentioned the same thing. Returned it.

I wouldn’t recommended buy a charcoal filter it works better and cheaper.

It was working amazingly, but 4 months in and it wont turn on anymore. Air filter is new so I really dont know the issue
